"I Love You, Goodbye" video premier and collaboration w/ artist Zaria Forman

Molly:

THE SONG

I wrote "I Love You, Goodbye" partly about the death of my dad, and partly about my son leaving the perfect-tiny-baby stage, and partly about my marriage changing shape, and partly about feeling very far removed from the girl I was in my 20's, and partly about my world-views getting knocked sideways and upside down.

In short, it's a song about impermanence.

THE ART

My friend Zaria Forman makes large scale hyper-realistic drawings of glaciers; partly to document their change due to global warming, and partly to instill a sense of awe and wonder and in people who see this work... in the hopes that they might be compelled to want to protect this beauty. Check out her mad skills and watch our new video collaboration here!

THE VIDEO PREMIER

Eben and I are really proud and pleased of this AXS video premier and interview,  which discusses our "musical marriage." #itaintbeenallroses #blessed
